Isabella Strahan, daughter of Good Morning America star Michael Strahan, has been posting videos online chronicling her fight with cancer to help others going through similar experiences.
Recently, Isabella revealed to her followers that she had undergone another emergency surgical treatment. Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in October 2023, but she only made the diagnosis public in January 2024.
The teenager went for a checkup and was devastated to learn that she had a brain tumor. At first, she thought she was experiencing dizziness and frequent migraines. The main one is that I was unable to walk straight ahead. I believed I had vertigo because of this. In one of her YouTube videos, she further stated, “And then I would also wake up really queasy and have to throw up most days.”
Her artistic side was showcased in that same video, as she displayed the sketches she made while undergoing treatment.
She informed her supporters on Wednesday, March 6, that although she is “in a lot of pain,” she is still working on getting better.
In a post-op video, Isabella expressed her extreme discomfort while wearing bandages all over her head. This is awful, she continued.
“Earlier, I was screaming because I was in so much pain.” She explained that the scar from her initial surgery had been cleansed and a titanium plate had been inserted in its place. “This is not fun,” she remarked. “I guess I’m half titanium now.”
“Hopefully, this is the reason for all of my fevers and the week I spent in the hospital.” Thus, maybe, once I recover from this, I will be able to return home shortly.
The most crucial thing is that, despite her illness and the chemotherapy she is receiving, Isabella isn’t losing any of her optimistic outlook.

He mentioned her kid on Good Morning America earlier this year, praising her resilience. “I understand that she’s going through it, but I also know that she will crush this and that we are never given more than we can handle.”
Michael stated in January, “She’s always been strong, and this is something that is so personal.” “I’m incredibly proud.”
